Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view order status any time from your account page.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters fulfilment and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you need help.
I received the wrong item — what should I do?
We are sorry for the mix-up. Email Demo@lume.com with your order number and a photo of the item received, and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard domestic delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Duties and taxes for international shipments are calculated at checkout and collected upfront so there are no surprises at delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on domestic orders over ₹2,500. Below that, a flat fee of ₹99 applies. Express and international rates are shown at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Visit your account page, open the order, and click Request Return. We will email a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item, and credited back to your original payment method.
Products
How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a detailed size guide with body and garment measurements. When in doubt, size up — our fabrics are cut for a relaxed fit.
How should I care for my clothing?
Care instructions are printed on each garment label and also listed on the product page. Most pieces are machine-washable cold and line-dry best.
An item I love is out of stock — will it return?
Click the Notify Me button on the product page and we will email you the moment it is restocked.
Account
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and manage your wishlist.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Click Sign in and choose Forgot password. Enter your email and we will send a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I update my account details?
Sign in and visit your account page to update your name, email, shipping addresses and password at any time.
