Shipping & returns
Everything you need to know about getting your order — and sending it back if something is not quite right.
Shipping
- Standard delivery
- 3–5 business days. Free on domestic orders over ₹2,500, otherwise a flat ₹99.
- Express delivery
- 1–2 business days. Available at checkout for ₹249 on all domestic orders.
- International delivery
- 7–14 business days depending on destination. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout — no surprises on arrival.
- Order cut-off
- Orders placed before 2 PM IST ship the same business day. Orders after 2 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
- Tracking
- You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is handed to the carrier. You can also view status on your account page.
Returns & exchanges
- 30-day return window
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
- How to start a return
- Sign in, open the order in your account, and click Request Return. We will email a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
- Refund timeline
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
- Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges on size and colour within the return window. Start an exchange the same way as a return and pick the replacement at checkout.
- Damaged or lost parcels
- If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email Demo@lume.com within 7 days with your order number and we will replace it at no cost.
